Temperature vs. Latitude

There is a linear association of temperature to geo-coordinates. It is a slightly weak assocation, but there is more of a concentration of cities in the the moderate temperature zone. That would mean that a majority of cities are concentrated in the 60 - 80 degree range with fewer as you move upwards or downwards in temperature.
