Cloudiness vs. Latitude

There doesn't seem to be a linear association of cloudiness to geo-coordinates, but it is definitely a weak assocation if anything because the data points are spread out all around the plot. There are a five concentations lines of data, and the only pattern I see are 5 flat lines of linear association. More days of data spread around the year could be helpful in making a better conclusion.
